Nothing on the current site is an offer to sell a subscription.
1. What we collect
1.1 Email address (only if you opt in)
If we offer a launch-updates or waitlist form and you join it, we collect the email address you submit. Providing it is voluntary. We do not require an account to read the public site.
Launch-update emails sent to support@greatswithin.com stay in that inbox, are used only for the launch notice, and replying "stop" removes you.
1.2 Basic technical data
Our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — to serve and secure the site.
1.3 What we do not collect through this website
We do not collect names, payment-card information, precise location, health information, contacts, or voice recordings through the marketing site. We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising cookies or a third-party ad network on this site.
2. How we use information
- to operate, secure, and understand aggregate use of the site;
- if you join a launch-updates list, to send news about The Greats Within (launch announcements, availability, and related updates);
- to respond if you email support@greatswithin.com;
- to meet legal obligations.
If a launch-updates list is offered, emails would be sent through MailerLite, an email service provider that would store your address on our instructions. Every such email must include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing is intended to take effect promptly. We intend to comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.
3. Cookies
This site is planned to use only cookies strictly necessary to function. We do not use advertising cookies.
If a later page needs an additional cookie, this policy must be updated before that page goes live.
4. Third parties
We share website data only with service providers who help us run the site, or if required by law:

- You can browse the public site without creating an account.
- You can unsubscribe from any launch-updates email via the link in that email.
- You may email support@greatswithin.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we control. We honor reasonable requests regardless of where you live and respond within 45 days.
Five Explorers Press, LLC expects to be below the applicability thresholds of comprehensive U.S. state privacy laws at launch.
6. Children and COPPA
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA). The Greats Within is intended for adults 18+. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact support@greatswithin.com and we will delete it.
7. Retention and security
Waitlist or launch-updates emails, if collected, are kept until you unsubscribe or the list is retired, then deleted, unless a longer legal retention applies.
Cloudflare request logs follow that provider’s ordinary security and delivery retention.
We use reputable providers with industry-standard security, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. International visitors
The site is operated for a United States audience. Information may be processed in the United States, including by Cloudflare.
9. Changes
We will post changes on this page with a new effective date.
