Three kinds of content, always labeled

Every session in The Greats Within is built from three clearly labeled content types. Each segment is exactly one of these. We never blend them.

1. Quotation — exact text from a specifically cleared, public-domain source, reproduced faithfully and attributed. Example sources used in the MVP: Florence Scovel Shinn’s The Game of Life and How to Play It (1925) and Wallace D. Wattles’s The Science of Getting Rich (1910). Later or posthumous books are not assumed to share that status.
2. Modern summary — an original explanation of an author’s ideas, written by us. The historical author did not write it.
3. Inspired affirmation — original motivational language influenced by an author’s themes, written by us. The historical author did not write it.

We never imply that a historical author wrote or spoke our modern text.

When rights do not allow quotation, we say so

Where verbatim quotation of an author’s works is not cleared — as is currently the case for Neville Goddard’s writings — we do not invent a quotation. Those sessions contain only labeled modern summaries and inspired affirmations, and the app shows an honest rights notice in the quotation slot. We would rather show the limitation than a fake quote.

Narration is synthetic — and disclosed

All narration in The Greats Within is generated by text-to-speech (AI) voices. Each author’s material is read by a distinct synthetic voice chosen for tone, not resemblance.

These are not historical recordings. The voices are not impersonations or reconstructions of how the authors sounded. No historical-author recordings are used.

Independence

The Greats Within is an independent product of Five Explorers Press, LLC. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the estates, heirs, or publishers of Neville Goddard, Florence Scovel Shinn, Wallace D. Wattles, or any other author whose ideas appear in the app. Author names appear as the subject of the content, not as endorsements. Author names and likenesses are not used as the public brand.

Default artwork direction is original fictional lecture-theater imagery — an audience seen from behind, facing an empty lectern — with no claim that the venue or event is historical. Portraits, recognizable faces, signatures, and likenesses require documented clearance and are out of scope unless separately approved.
