Terms of Use / End User License Agreement — The Greats Within app

Licensor: Five Explorers Press, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company

Public product name: The Greats Within (the “App”)

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store’s rules.

If you downloaded the App from Apple, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where Apple requires it. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms between you and Five Explorers Press, LLC and have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. To the extent Apple’s rules require it, Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you. The same store-as-marketplace relationship applies to Google Play.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, rent, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the App except as allowed by law that cannot be waived.

2. For motivation and entertainment only

The App’s sessions, summaries, quotations, and affirmations are provided for motivational and entertainment purposes only.

The App is not therapy, clinical or medical care, mental-health treatment, financial advice, legal advice, or religious instruction. It is not a substitute for professional help. No outcome is guaranteed. We make no promises that any idea, affirmation, or practice will produce any result in your life, and we do not suggest that hardship is anyone’s fault.

3. Access, subscription, and lifetime purchase

3.1 No app account

The Greats Within does not require an app-specific account. There is no free daily session and no weekly plan. Listening and purchases use the listener’s Apple or Google store account only for purchases and restoration, not an account we operate.

3.2 Premium (planned auto-renewing subscriptions and lifetime)

Premium pricing will appear in the App Store and Google Play when subscriptions are live. The price, title, and length shown in the store at the moment of purchase are the terms that apply. Tax may be added by the store.

Planned Premium benefits for the 28 November 2026 cut: author selection / browse, access to assembled longer sessions from the approved launch catalogue, and Restore Purchases. Text quotation favorites may be present if shipped. Manual on-device recording, recorded-favorites loop, and sleep timer are documented product features that are not required for that date.

Any further change to price, trial, access limits, or premium benefits is an owner decision.

3.3 Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial if you do not cancel.

3.4 Free trial

If you start the annual trial and do not cancel before the 7-day trial ends, the annual subscription price is charged. Any unused trial period is forfeited when you purchase.

3.5 How to cancel

Manage or cancel anytime in your device’s subscription settings:

Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

3.6 Restore Purchases

Use the Restore Purchases control in the App to regain Premium access on a new or reset device, using the same Apple or Google store account that purchased the subscription or lifetime product.

3.7 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Email support@greatswithin.com if you need help finding the store cancellation or refund path. We do not process card payments ourselves.

4. Content, rights, and labeling

Sessions combine three labeled content types:

  1. Quotation — verbatim text from a specifically cleared source.
  2. Summary — original modern explanation of ideas. The historical author did not write it.
  3. Affirmation — original wording inspired by the teachings. The historical author did not write it.

We never blend modern wording into a quotation or imply that generated text was written or spoken by a historical author. Where verbatim quotation is not cleared — as is currently the case for Neville Goddard — the App shows an honest rights notice instead of inventing a quotation.

Narration is synthetic (AI-generated text-to-speech). No recordings of the historical authors are used. Voices are not impersonations or reconstructions of how the authors sounded.

We are independent of, and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by, any author’s estate, heirs, or publishers. Author names are editorial identifiers only.

All original content — including modern summaries, inspired affirmations, artwork, design, and the App itself — is owned by Five Explorers Press, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, record for distribution, or commercially exploit that original content.

7. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIVE EXPLORERS PRESS, LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR TEN U.S. DOLLARS ($10) IF YOU PAID NOTHING.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, the limits apply to the maximum extent permitted.

8. Disputes

Any dispute is subject only to §9 and applicable law that cannot be waived.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Cancel any subscription per §3 to stop future charges. Sections that by their nature should survive — including license limits, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law — survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version lives at https://greatswithin.com/app-terms. Material changes will be communicated in the App. Continued use after changes means acceptance, except where law requires a different method of consent.

13. Entire agreement

These Terms, the App Privacy Policy, and any store terms required by Apple or Google that cannot be displaced, are the entire agreement between you and Five Explorers Press, LLC about the App. If a court finds a part unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
